Crisplant highlights integration skills for automated baggage-handling systems at Inter Airport China 2010

Crisplant – a leading global supplier of baggage-handling systems – will highlight their world-class total project integration skills on Stand 303 at Inter Airport China, Beijing, from 14-16 September 2010. As the main contractor on a number of high-profile automated baggage-handling systems for major airports in China and around the world, Crisplant combines ground-breaking technology with proven integration expertise.

The stand will feature a video of the world’s most energy-efficient sorter, which cuts energy consumption by 75% compared to conventional sorters, as well as the energy-saving CrisBag™ inter-terminal tote system. The video also highlights Crisplant’s unique modular control software which provides system-wide visibility of work-flow, allowing every aspect of the system to be optimised for speed, coordination and efficiency.

Crisplant were the main contractor for the new high-speed tote system which connects all of the terminals at Changi International Airport and have recently been awarded a contract to install new sorters in Xian Airport. They were also main contractor for the entire BHS at Shanghai Pudong T2 and Guangzhou airports.

Crisplant has sales and engineering offices in both Hong Kong and in Shanghai, and manufactures sorters, conveyors and tote systems to European processes and quality standards as part of the BEUMER Group, in their own factory in Shanghai.
