Crisplant uses a business model to manage and implement projects. The internationally recognised Stage-Gate® model defines projects into stages that promote cross-functional teamwork for successful project completion. Each stage serves as a milestone for project status review – ensuring execution according to plan.

The Crisplant project management plan is based on and supported by the Crisplant Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000.

Project management includes three dimensional design of the total baggage handling system and all interfaces, simulation and emulation using 3D models, integration of BHS control system with the airport control system, integration and supply of hold baggage screening solutions among others.
